NEW ZEALAND:

  • Urban: $6 | Urban with Signature: $7

  • Rural: $9 | Rural with Signature: $10

 

Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to ship out. Please count since the moment you receive a confirmation with the tracking number via email. On national holidays we depend on the delivery company (NZ Post Courier) schedule so please be patient.

FREE SHIPPING

Free shipping only applies to urban orders over $70, or to orders discounted with the discretion of Sweet as Home.

For rural address, for orders over $70, the shipping fee is $5. 

 

AUSTRALIA:

 

  • Standard: $20

WHERE IS MY PACKAGE

On seasons when we have a high volume of orders or holidays it might take us a little longer to process orders than usual. Thank you for your kind patience.

After your order has been placed, you can expect it to ship within about 5-8 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation and tracking number to follow up on your package journey to your destination.

WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please take note that it is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that they enter the shipping address correctly. We understand that mistakes happen, and we want to do what we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

If you have made an error in entering your address, we will need to send you an invoice to cover the complete cost of re-shipping your order once it has been returned to the sender.  If this is not your preference, the other option would be to refund your order, less our original cost of shipping.
