Unfortunately, we cannot exchange candles if you have simply changed your mind, please choose carefully.
If there is a genuine fault with any item, we will replace it free of charge after we evaluate the fault. As we indicate before, take in consideration that every candle is handpoured and colours & patterns will vary from the image above or may contain slight imperfections.
